Your organization's agreement comes first

Triad Core is provided by Triad Global, LLC to businesses under a written agreement (for example a proposal, order form or master services agreement). That agreement sets price, scope, service levels, data ownership, confidentiality, data processing and liability, and it wins over these terms if they ever differ. You use Triad Core on behalf of the organization that invited you.

Your account

• Accounts are personal and by invitation. Keep your password to yourself and tell your administrator at once if you think someone else used your account.
• Your administrator decides what you can see and do, and can change or end your access.

Fair use

• Do not try to reach another organization's workspace, get around permissions, probe or overload the service, or reverse engineer it.
• Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or information you have no right to share.
• Automated access goes through the public API with a key your administrator issues, within its rate limits.

Data

The records your organization puts into Triad Core belong to your organization, and it can export them at any time. Triad Global processes them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice. The Triad Core software, its design and generic features belong to Triad Global.

Triad AI

Triad AI answers from your workspace's records and may be wrong or incomplete. Check important figures before acting on them. Actions it proposes run only after you confirm. Your administrator can switch Triad AI off.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Triad Core available and safe and we improve it often. Planned maintenance is kept short. Service levels, if any, are in your organization's agreement.
